Order specifications
1. Order confirmation
An order confirmation shall be sent to the customer’s email address as soon as the order has been received by the merchant.
2. Prices
The prices are valid only when ordering from the Ehrensvärd Society's (Ehrensvärd-seura ry) online shop suomenlinnatours.com / suomenlinna.johku.com. Ehrensvärd Society reserves the right to amend prices. All ticket prices include VAT (guided tours 0%).
The prices of the museum shop items include VAT 24% with the exception of books (VAT 10%). The postage and delivery of the purchased items is not included in the prices unless informed otherwise. The price of postage and delivery depends on the customer’s choice of delivery method.

3. Payment
The operator in online bank and card payments is Paytrail Plc. Paytrail Plc transmits payments to the merchants account. Once a payment is successfully completed, a purchase confirmation will be sent to the customer’s email address.

4. Delivery
4.1 Tickets for guided tours and Cannon Sloop sailings; and Viapori Visa
A purchase confirmation will be sent to the customer by email. The purchase confirmation serves as a ticket for guided tours and Cannon Sloop sailings. It is the customer's duty to ensure that the delivery email address is written correctly. Please show the purchase confirmation at the Suomenlinna Museum's ticket sales before the tour, or in the case of Cannon Sloop sailings, to the crew of the vessel before departure.
There is no delivery charge.
4.2 Museum shop items
The price of the delivery depends on the customer’s choice of delivery method. There are two methods of delivery: post parcel through Finnish Post Office, or collection from the Suomenlinna Museum Shop within the opening hours of the shop. Post parcel: Delivery to the nearest post office within 7 business days. If the item is out of stock, the time of delivery may be longer. In such cases the customer will be contacted by the merchant. Delivery by Post within Finland only.
5. Returns
5.1 Tickets for guided tours and Cannon Sloop sailings
Purchased tickets are not refundable, returnable or exchangeable. If you encountered problems while visiting our online shop, please contact our customer service: Ehrensvärd Society, guidebooking@suomenlinnatours.com, tel. +358 (0)9 68999 850, Mon-Fri 9am-3pm.
5.2 Museum shop items
Should you wish to return an item bought from us at Suomenlinnatours.com / suomenlinna.johku.com, we will refund or exchange the item provided it is in a fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within 14 days from the date of receiving your order, and in the original, undamaged packaging. If we find that the item has not been returned to us in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us.
The customer may return the item through the Finnish Post Office for free, or by bringing it to the Suomenlinna Museum Shop within the opening hours of the shop.
6. Settlement of disputes
This distance selling agreement, including any disputes or disagreements related to it, is subject to Finnish law.
7. Cookies
