The bastion walls at Kustaanmiekka and Susisaari hide over 200 years old tunnels and casemates. During the exciting tour through the tunnels and defensive ramparts you will learn how the engineer troops constructed durable walls to protect one of the biggest sea fortresses in the world.
Our authorised guide will also take you to the most important sights of the fortress, such as the Great Castle Courtyard and the Dry Dock, which in its day was among the largest in the world. On this tour you will also visit tunnels that are normally closed to the public. Please bring your own flashlight!
